I look back on this year and just smile. I've done some really cool sh*t with some really cool people. 

I competed 51 times across 20 race weekends. Ended the year with 34 podium finishes including 21 wins (16 Overall, 5 Age Group). I saw 15 states, Canada, and the United Kingdom. I set 11 PR's (6 HYROX, 5 DEKA) and raced at 3 World Championship Events. While stats are always enjoyable to look at, the experiences & moments shared with my people are always what brings me the most joy during reflection. 

Highlights from 2025: 
1. HYROX North American Championship: 54 with Joe, 61 with Kel, the creation of the bucket 
2. HYROX Miami: Race-cation & the spark of pew-pew 
3. Toughest Mudder Atlanta: Marvel movie marathon & 45 miles in a loop (at night) 
4. Memorial Day Weekend at Underdog: three days of non-stop fitness & belly laughs 
5. HYROX NYC: Friday Night Lights & a day two 57 with Pooch
6. HYROX World Championship: 54 in Pro Doubles debut with Joe, Top-20 in the World with my best friend! 
7. World's Toughest Mudder: A trip to England with three of my favorite people & watching Joe win in dominating fashion 
8. DEKA FIT Northeast: 8 FITs for simply no reason + the start of the athlete shirt movement 
9. Rally in the Valley: Top-5 finish & the Purple House of chaos 
10. HYROX Boston: 3 PR's, 2 Overall Wins, & 2 WC Qualifiers
11. HYROX Toronto: 24k Gold & Thick reunion and dub 
12. Midstate Massive Ultra Trail: An attempt at a 100-miler with an incredible pit-boss, surprise guests, and lots of snacks 
13. HYROX Dallas: Last minute trip to rip around a convention center with the fellas + watching three of my all-time favorite movies 
14. DEKA World Championship: 7 total races, 3 podiums, and a weekend with the best team in the hybrid space, watching my athletes race their hearts out, & XXL donuts to celebrate 

I'm right where I should be.
