Jollof-inspired Steak, Egg and Cheese sandwich on 2bruhz_bakery sourdough loaf. Elite!

I used some leftover tomato stew base from making jollof rice to build the most luscious pan sauce with a lil shallot and parsley. The butterfly pea & turmeric sourdough loaf from my Georgia bredren was a special touch.

I will definitely be running this one back in the very near future. #fusionfood #nigeria #jollof
