Encontros de Cancha: Join This Month’s Creative Football Meetups Across Brazil With canchapopular__ 🏟️🇧🇷

From Mexico City to Brazil, Luiz de Lavor Telles (luizdelavor) is building Cancha Popular around that sentiment that the culture of community, shared traditions, and creative collaboration amongst fans is really the feeling that keeps us coming back to football.

This “Imaginary Futbol Club” is really a vessel to bring people together in person to create. Where Is Football is excited to partner with Cancha Popular to present a series of Encontros, or meet-ups around Brazil over the next month and across Latin America in the new year.

We sat down with Luiz to hear about Cancha’s inception, some of his favorite moments, and  his upcoming plans and Encontros de Cancha meetups across his home country.
