I’m excited to introduce myself to the community here in Knoxville, TN! I’m a 7-time CrossFit Games athlete, NBC Titan Games & ANW competitor, long-time coach, and a new coach besomebodygym located on Callahan Drive right next to Premier Gymnastics.

At Be Somebody Gym, we work with every fitness level, from people just getting started to seasoned athletes. 

Our goal is simple:
To support individuals of all fitness levels in improving their health, resilience, and quality of life through functional fitness, movement, and community.

We offer:
• Large group training
• Small group training
• One-on-one personal training
• 30 min & 60 min classes 
• Youth Sports Performance classes
