Hey guys! Letting you in on a little behind the scenes moment of a busy day for me. On days like this, when things feel chaotic, I like to step back and remember the why of everything I do. Why I built bysaysh , why I became a mom, why I’m an activist. I speak to this a lot but it all ladders up to my need to leave this world better than I found it.

But fighting the good fights isn’t easy when I don’t feel good. That’s where AG1 comes in for me. It’s the one thing I do every morning for my health, so I can feel good, and show up at my best for everything else in my life 😊
