Red wine braised short ribs with cacio e pepe polenta 🍷❤️ Basically a warm hug in a bowl. This recipe is scary easy for how delicious it is. If you haven't given braising a try yet, I implore you to do so with this dish. It makes for a luxe Sunday supper, and the leftovers are great for freezing. It's also a perfect show stopping meal to serve when having guests over because it's almost completely hands off, allowing you to enjoy your company without being chained to the stove.
