🍟To celebrate National French Fry Day, I thought I would finally share my ultimate family secret for restaurant-worthy frozen french fries. My nephew taught me this secret many years ago and it is a game changer. The secret? Beef Tallow! To make the crispiest and most flavorful fries, just add 1-2 tablespoons of beef tallow to your baking sheet before cooking your fries according to the package directions. I always use grass fed.
