If you haven’t heard this in a while…I am here to tell you that I am proud of you and you should be proud of yourself too!  I see you going through each day doing your best, trying your hardest and I know sometimes you don’t feel or hear that those around you appreciate you and are really proud of the work you do and the person you are.  Really it’s just that everyone else is out there doing their best and also wondering why no one is noticing.  Well they are and I am.  Sometimes, we just forget to tell you.
