Hi, It’s Babs!  Here are some simple Do’s (and a Don’t!) to help you get the most out of festive fall fun! XO, Babs #mytalbots 
~ When apple picking, DO gently grasp the apple in your hand and roll it counterclockwise until it comes off WITH the stem. It helps the apples last longer and, believe it or not, protects next year’s crop!
~ DON’T panic if you get lost in a corn maze! DO always put your right hand along the corn maze wall as you walk. It will lead you to the exit. Don’t believe me? Give it a try!
~ DO pick a pumpkin with a green stem, it means it’s healthy and it’ll last. 
~ DO prep that pumpkin for life outside. Fill a spray bottle with water, add a capful of Castile peppermint soap and 8-15 drops of peppermint essential oil. Spray the pumpkin or jack-o-lantern all over. Squirrels hate peppermint and it will make your porch smell terrific! Give it a good spray every week, it’ll help keep it from drying out, too.
