Hot Fondue Pockets 🛷 recipe below 🛷
One of my favorite cozy meals to enjoy after we decorate our tree 🎄 or even go sledding 🛷? Hot Fondue Pockets.  We discovered these amazing treats at the Christmas market in Quebec City and it has been a favorite ever since.
🛷Ingredients:
2 small baguettes
2-3 6 oz blocks of @rothcheese Grand Cru 
2 tbsp flour
1 clove garlic cut in half
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp or more of white wine, sherry, brandy or kirsch
🛷Instructions:
Cut each baguette 🥖 in 1/2 and hollow out the inside of each 1/2 with a fork to form your “pocket”. In a 300 degree oven warm your baguettes for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, toss shredded Grand Cru cheese with flour until well-coated.  To make the fondue: Rub raw garlic on the inside of a medium pot. Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a simmer. Add cheese a little at a time, mixing continuously. Add more wine until desired consistency. Pour into the warm hollowed out baguette and enjoy!!
