#hairbiologypartner weekly rotation one sheet pan meal Salmon & Brussels sprouts + 3 ways that help keep me proud of my age!! 💛💛Salmon One Sheet Pan Meal 💛

💛Ingredients: 4 salmon filets 6oz each
4 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 tsp low sodium soy sauce 
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger 
Salt and pepper 
(Double the glaze if you would like extra for the top after it is cooked)
1 lb or more fresh Brussels sprouts, washed, trimmed, and cut in half
3 Tbsp olive oil (or more)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

💛Directions: Combine the glaze ingredients and marinade the salmon while preparing the Brussels sprouts. You could prepare the glaze ahead of time and let the salmon filets sit in the glaze for a few hours in the refrigerator. If you double the glaze set aside extra portion to top salmon with after it is cooked. Make sure to salt and pepper the filets before submerging in the glaze. 

Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl, and with your clean hands coat with olive oil. Add the garlic, salt and pepper and mix again.

On a foil lined or parchment lined sheet pan, arrange the Brussels sprouts face down on either side of the pan. In the middle, arrange the marinaded filets, brushing with the remaining glaze in the bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. 

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove salmon.Stir the Brussels sprouts and return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
