🎄Babs’ Christmas Biscotti🎄

🎄Ingredients:  3 jumbo eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp anise
1/2 cup oil 
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup raw whole almonds unsliced 

🎄Instructions: Beat eggs well.  Add sugar and vanilla and beat well.  Add oil and beat until well mixed.  In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder; then add to the first mixture.  Stir to blend.  Fold in almonds by hand.  Knead for one minute (add a bit of additional flour if sticky.) Divide into 4 equal parts and shape into 2 “ wide x 8” long loaves.  Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Slice diagonally, lay on sides and bake additional 13 minutes.  Leave on pan 5 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.  #christmascookies #biscotti
