💛CHEESE BOARD HACK 💛The star of the show at your next festive gathering will be this @RothCheese Chèvre! That right-o�-the-farm freshness you will only get from the Midwest. Comes in plain, garlic herb, and cranberry cinnamon, made specially for the holiday season. Give it a try, you can pick it up at your local @Walmart Supercenter!
RECIPES: 💛💛Fruit Covered Chèvre Ingredients:
 
 ● Honey to coat log 
● 1/8 of a cup of finely chopped dried craisins
● 1/8 of a cup of finely chopped raisins
● 1/8 of a cup chopped toasted almonds
● 1/8 of a cup chopped toasted pecans
💛Instructions:
1. Brush Roth Chèvre with honey.
2. Combine the dried fruit & nuts and roll log in the mixture, pressing as you go.
💛Chocolate Covered Chèvre Ingredients:
● 1/4 cup of heavy cream
● 2 Oz of chopped bittersweet chocolate
● 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts or walnuts
💛Instructions:
1. Warm cream in the microwave or over the stove in a double broiler until heated through but not boiling.
2. Mix in chocolate and stir until melted.
3. Cool to room temp.
4. With a pastry brush, glaze the Roth Chèvre log with cooled chocolate.
5. Sprinkle with nuts.
