🥞BANANA PANCAKE BITES 🍌with my grandkids!! (+ my super easy homemade pancake batter recipe below) This is a yummy recipe the kids can make with you. While helping with breakfast they’ll be sharpening their fine motor skills all while having fun! As a previous pre-school owner/director/teacher, I love a good theme! We made it themed by dressing my grandsons in their adorable @gerberchildrenswear Lil’ Chef PJs. They could not wait to put the pjs on to make our banana pancakes. These PJs also come in other food themes, so fun! 🥰 Here is the recipe for my super simple and delicious pancake batter: 🍌1 1/2 cups of flour
🍌1 Tbsp baking powder
🍌1 Tbsp sugar
🍌1/2 Tsp salt
🍌1 1/4 cups of milk
🍌3 Tbsp melted butter 
🍌1 Tsp Vanilla 
Directions: 1) whisk dry  ingredients together 2) in a separate bowl whisk the wet ingredients  3) pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until just combined. Don’t over mix 4) Let batter rest for 5 minutes
