## Caption

The perfect chocolate dipped 🍓🍫. One package strawberries washed and dried very well.  1/2 cup or more of dark chocolate chips, 1/2 to 1 tsp of Crisco or coconut oil.  Make sure the berries are very dry and dip them in the melted chocolate and oil using toothpicks.  I melt my chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals - stirring in between.  Be careful not to burn.  Dip and refrigerate until set.  A decadent treat for all your Valentines!
