## Caption

Super Bowl App Alert! Southern Sausage Ball Appetizer.  3 scant cups Bisquick, 1 lb bulk sausage (like Jimmy Deans or Bob Evans,) 1/2 cup milk, 1 lb freshly hand grated cheddar cheese.  Combine in stand up mixer.  
Scoop with 1 inch cookie scooper or just form into bite size balls.  Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes or air fryer 15 minutes at 320 degrees.  Enjoy! We served them with honey mustard.  yum!
