Why would you possibly indulge in nacho cheese when you don’t know what is in it?     Homemade Nacho Cheese Dip (microwave);  1 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 cups freshly grated pepper jack cheese, 1/4 tsp paprika,1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 tbsp corn starch.  Heat heavy cream in microwave.  Add seasonings and cheese.  Back into microwave until creamy and thickened - about 2 minutes.    Enjoy.
