1 ½ oz Four Roses Small Batch
¼ cup Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 cups Whole Milk
½ cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix sugar & cocoa powder in a medium-sized saucepan. Add milk, chocolate, and vanilla and bring to a simmer. Stir constantly until fully incorporated and chocolate is melted, then remove from heat. Add hot chocolate mixture and Small Batch to a mug and garnish with whipped cream.
