Still on CLOUD NINE!!! Re-living this special moment and feeling ALL the emotions… 

What an HONOR to receive  a LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT award… the 2025 IDEA® Jack & Elaine LaLanne Award!!! To stand on that stage… look back on four incredible decades of doing what I LOVE… and be celebrated for a career that’s been all about helping YOU live healthier, happier lives. It’s truly a dream come true!!

OHHHH.. it’s been so NOSTALGIC  and EMOTIONAL for me as I think about how it all started in 1980 and now knowing how FULFILLING ALL these years have been!!! I am truly most proud of my LONGEVITY in the health and fitness industry!! And my message has always been consistent.. GET FIT because YOU are worth it!!! 
Every step of the journey has been filled with PURPOSE and PASSION! This moment brought back SO many memories… and reminded me how grateful I am to have connected with millions of amazing people over the years. 

Thank you for welcoming me into your homes, your routines, and your hearts. And thank you to IDEA and the remarkable Elaine LaLanne.. what an inspiration you are at 99!!!
