I am BEYOND HONORED to receive the 2025 IDEA® Jack & Elaine LaLanne LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT Award ..🏆✨ This is so special and meaningful to me because I go way back ..42 years ago with Jack and Elaine and to be given it to me personally by the incredible Elaine LaLanne herself (99 years YOUNG) is so deeply heartfelt…Truly a moment I will NEVER forget!!! We have soooo much history together.. Jack LaLanne gave me my FIRST start on TV in 1982…

For over 44 years, it has been my life’s mission to help people feel their BEST… to move their bodies, nourish their minds, and embrace the JOY in living a healthy, balanced life. AND have FUN!!!
From VHS tapes to DVDs, morning TV workouts to Fit Over 50 magazines and my online Membership today… it’s all been about YOU!! Helping YOU feel strong, confident, and vibrant at every stage of life!! 

Last night was so SPECIAL for me!! Thank you for a very meaningful award… it was so FUN and gratifying to talk to all the IDEA professionals and how many of them told me I made a difference in their lives as their first fitness inspiration !!!

To be recognized with this award which is named after true pioneers in fitness, Jack and Elaine LaLanne brings me so much GRATITUDE and pride. Their legacy has lit the path for so many of us, and I’m humbled to carry on their torch. 

THANK YOU to my amazing community, my family, dear friends and the many people who have supported me throughout the years and ALL of  you who have worked out with me… Let’s keep going STRONG together!!! 💖
