🍁🍃🍂 The first fall look! The three women who have influenced my style taught me long ago that the best pieces are those that are timeless; the ones you rely on season after season. Growing up, I remember Mom, Grammie and Auntie-M getting together every fall to visit the Talbots store right outside of Mendham, NJ (where Auntie M lived). I'd often tag along and play little games in the aisles with my cousin, Annie, while our favorite ladies shopped. And now, a few decades later, here I am decked out in talbotsofficial myself, loving the fact that the beautiful, classic pieces I picked out will be in my closet for years to come! ⁣⁣

You'll be seeing a LOT of Talbots on the blog this season because I'm obsessed with the new fall line, but favorites include the Essex Pants, which are life-changing pull-on dress pants that smooth the tummy and hips; the Brushed Italian Wool Long Blazer, which has become my favorite blazer I own because of its slimming length; and the "Ryan Keeper Loafers," which require absolutely no break-in time and feel like butter.
