prepped lunch for my husband and his friends for their golf game ⛳️ today and it was a huge hit! these chicken salad sandwiches are always a crowd pleaser and super simple & quick to prep! xx 

chicken salad sandwiches 
Serves 4 

Chicken Salad 
1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed 
1 cup mayo hellmannsmayonnaise 
2 celery stalks, grated 
2 carrots, peeled and grated 
1 shallot, grated 
1 garlic clove, grated 
1 tsp paprika simplyorganicfoods 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp chili powder 
1 lemon, juiced 
salt & pepper diamondcrystalsalt 

Assembly 
1 ciabatta bun 
2 tbsp mayo 
1 handful butter lettuce, washed 
1 heirloom tomato, sliced 
Olive oil 
Salt & pepper
