Serves 4-6 
Ingredients 

Zucchini 
1 yellow zucchini, sliced into 1 inch thick pieces 
1 green zucchini, sliced into 1 inch thick pieces 
1 tbsp olive oil pompeian 
salt & pepper 

Corn 
2 corn on the cobs 
2 tbsp butter kerrygoldusa 
Salt & pepper 

Garlic Scapes 
1 bunch garlic scapes, flowers removed 
1 tsp olive oil pompeian 

2 lemons, halved 

Assembly 
1 package orzo, cooked according to package instructions barillaus 
1/4 cup feta, crumbled athenosfeta 
1/2 cup pistachios wonderfulpistachios 
2 handfuls fresh basil 
Salt & pepper diamondcrystalsalt 
1 charred lemon 

Dressing 
1 charred lemon wonderfulseedlesslemons 
1/2 cup olive oil 
1 bunch charred garlic scapes 
2 tbsp honey 
1 tbsp Dijon mustard mailleus 
1 tbsp red wine vinegar colavitausa 
Salt & pepper
