Honey-Grilled Peach, Prosciutto, Pesto & Shaved Parm Flatbread 

Pesto 
2 handfuls fresh basil
1/2 cup olive oil 
2 garlic cloves 
1/2 lemon, juiced 
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated 
1/3 cup pine nuts
salt & pepper 

Grilled Peaches 
2 peaches, sliced 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1 tbsp brown sugar 

Flatbread 
1 flatbread 
1 tbsp olive oil wearebrightland 
1 handful of arugula 
4-5 slices prosciutto parmaham_usa 
1 tbsp honey naturenates 
shaved parmesan, as much as your heart desires! 
salt & pepper 
1 tbsp balsamic glaze 

Lemon-Pesto, Tomato & Feta Flatbread 

Flatbread
1 flatbread 
1 tbsp olive oil 

Assembly
2 tbsp lemon-pesto (I used the one from Trader Joe’s) 
1 handful of arugula 
1 Roma tomato, sliced 
3 tbsp feta, crumbled athenosfeta 
squeeze of lemon wonderfulseedlesslemons 
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper diamondcrystalsalt
