we celebrated Jack’s first birthday and I made him his birthday smash cake! it was super simple to make with just a few ingredients 🥹 find the recipe below, enjoy xx 

Banana Peanut Butter Smash Cake 

Cake 
4 ripe bananas 
2 eggs, beaten 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp vanilla 
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 
2 cups oat flour 

Cream Cheese Frosting 
250g softened cream cheese 
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 
1 tsp vanilla 
1/4 cup maple syrup 

Toppings 
Fruit of choice! we used raspberries!
