#DysonPartner Last night’s dinner party MVP? This dreamy butternut squash lasagna with caramelized onions and mushrooms. It was easy to make, but wow, the mess I created in the kitchen! Please tell me I’m not the only one who cooks like a tornado, leaving spills and splatters everywhere. After prepping and cooking, I couldn’t believe how dirty my floors had gotten, especially with those butternut squash sauce splatters! Thankfully, my @dyson WashG1™ came to the rescue. When I saw how much dirt it picked up, I was honestly shocked (but also so relieved). Butternut Squash Lasagna with Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms 
Serves 4 

Ingredients 
Lasagna 
1 box oven-ready lasagna sheets 
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated 

Butternut Squash 
1 medium butternut squash, cubed 
1 tbsp olive oil 
Salt & pepper 

Ricotta Mixture 
1 ½ cups ricotta 
2 cups wilted spinach 
1 cup mozzarella cheese 
½ cup parmesan cheese 
¼ tsp chili flakes 
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped 
Salt & pepper 
1 garlic clove, grated 

Caramelized Onions 
2 yellow onions, thinly sliced 
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper 

Sauteed Mushrooms 
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced 
1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced 
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper 

Garnish
Freshly grated parmesan cheese 
Black pepper 
Parsley, chopped
