Skillet Brie with Roasted Grapes, Blueberries and Walnuts 
Serves 4 

1 Brie wheel 
2 tbsp maple syrup, divided 
1/3 cup blueberries 
1/2 cup grapes 
2 tbsp olive oil, divided 
Kosher salt to taste 
Fresh thyme 
Fresh rosemary 
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
