Big Mac Smashed Tacos
Serves 2

6 corn tortillas
200 g ground beef
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
6 slices American cheese
Big Mac Sauce
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sweet relish
Splash vinegar
Salt & pepper
Toppings
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 white onion, diced
2 dill pickles, thinly sliced

Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and seasonings. Mix together.
2. Lay corn tortillas out on a plate or baking sheet. Roll ground beef into a ball and press a thin layer of beef onto the tortillas.
3. Preheat a large skillet over med-high heat. Add oil and place the tortilla beef side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip. Add slice of cheese and cover until cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining tacos.
4. Combine all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix together until combined. Once all tacos have been cooked, top with desired toppings and sauce. Serve and enjoy!
