Apple Crumble 
Serves 6 

Ingredients 
Apples
6-8 apples, chopped 
2 tablespoons of honey 
¼ cup brown sugar 
2 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp nutmeg 
½ lemon, juiced 
Pinch of salt 

Filling 
1 cup quick oats 
1 cup almond flour 
½ cup walnuts + pecans, crushed 
1 ½ stick unsalted butter, melted 
Pinch of salt 
1 tsp cinnamon 
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
