CAPRESE PASTA SALAD with @catandnat! This is one of my favorite recipes that I eat on repeat- especially in the summer! INGREDIENTS

PASTA SALAD
1 package pasta of choice
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 cup Bocconcini
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 bunch basil, chopped
salt & pepper
2 tbsp balsamic glaze

HONEY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, grated
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
