Grinder Sandwich 
Serves 1 

6” baguette 
1/4 cup mayo 
1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
1/2 garlic clove, grated 
1 tsp oregano 
Salt & pepper 
3 pieces salami 
3 pieces soppressata 
3 pieces prosciutto 
1 bunch iceberg lettuce, chopped 
1/2 tomato, thinly sliced 
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños 
2 slices marble cheese 
2 slices provolone cheese
