If you haven’t tried the chopped bagel viral food trend yet, now is the time! It was beyond delicious with my favourite cream cheese by @TreStelleCheese because it’s so smooth and creamy with only four clean ingredients that I can actually pronounce!  I give this recipe and the cream cheese a 10/10. Can’t wait to try it with some of Tre Stelle’s other flavours - especially the sun-ripened tomato. Find the recipe below, enjoy xx #ad #trestellecheese 

Viral Bagel Trend 
Serves 2

Ingredients 
2 bagels of choice
1 cup Tre Stelle Original Cream Cheese
6 slices lox 
2 baby cucumbers
¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp capers
½ lemon, juiced and zested 
1 bunch fresh dill
Salt & pepper 

Directions
On a large cutting board, add Tre Stelle Original Cream Cheese to the board. Add sliced lox on top, followed by, cucumbers, red onions, capers, lemon juice + zest, dill, salt & pepper. 
Carefully, chop up the ingredients very finely until combined. Toast bagels and divide the mixture to spread onto each bagel. Top with more salt & pepper. 
Serve and enjoy!
