spring is here & that means it’s finally pasta salad szn! my favorite season of them all. I’m obsessed with Italian pasta salad paired with a creamy dressing that’s perfect for any dinner party, brunch or whenever you’re hosting! it also makes the best leftovers. comment PASTA and I’ll dm you how to make this recipe! enjoy xx 

INGREDIENTS

PASTA SALAD
1 box pasta of choice (I used @barillaus)
1/2 cup green pitted olives, halved (I used @mezzetta) 
1/3 cup pepperoninci’s, sliced (I used @mezzetta) 
1/2 red onion, diced
1 cup salami, cubed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped

MARINATED BOCCONCINI
1 cup mini bocconcini (I used @trestellecheese ) 
1 cup bocconcini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper

ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
1/2 cup lite mayo (I used @hellmannscanada ) 
1 splash red wine vinegar
splash olive juice
1 tbsp honey (I used @naturenates )
1 tsp dried oregano (I used @simplyorganicfoods) 
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard (I used @mailleus) 
1 garlic clove, grated
salt & pepper
