these red wine braised short ribs are one of the reasons why my husband married me 😂 serve with buttery mashed potatoes, or crispy rosemary potatoes and you have the coziest dinner to enjoy year round! being almost 8 months pregnant- I love how simply this dish all comes together in one pot (obsessed with my @lecreuset Dutch oven)! comment RECIPE and I’ll personally dm you how to make this dish! xx 

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs
Serves 4-6 

1 tbsp olive oil (I used @getgraza or @terradelyssa) 
6-8 bone-in short ribs (we get ours from @thebutchershoppe_to ) 
1 large garlic halved
1 white onion chopped
4 carrots chopped
2 1/2 cups dry red wine (I used @breadandbutterwines) 
2 1/2 cups beef stock (I used @pacificfoods broth) 
3-4 rosemary and thyme sprigs
1/2 cup parsley chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste (I used @muttipomodorousa) 
kosher salt & pepper (I used @diamondcrystalsalt)
