Enjoy xx #ad #TreStelle #TreStelleCheese #ricotta #ricottacheese #holidayrecipes #cheeserecipes Hot Honey Whipped Ricotta with Figs & Pistachios Serves 4 Ingredients Whipped Ricotta 2 cups Tre Stelle Traditional Ricotta Cheese 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil ½ lemon, juiced and zested Salt & pepper Garnish 3-4 figs, halved 2 tbsp hot honey 1 tsp fresh thyme 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp whole pistachios 1 tbsp crushed pistachios Few cracks of black pepper Directions Add all whipped ricotta ingredients into a food processor or blend. Blend for 40-45 seconds, until smooth. Add to a shallow bowl. Top with figs, hot honey, thyme, and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil over top.
