Banana Walnut Pudding made in under 20 minutes, and only uses a few ingredients?! Yes, please! This holiday-inspired pudding recipe made with @gayleafoodscoop Real Whipped Cream will be your new go-to dessert. This holiday season is all about using high-quality ingredients, like Gay Lea’s Real Whipped Cream which has no artificial flavours, and getting creative in the kitchen! Banana Walnut Pudding 
Serves 4

2 cups Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream 
½ cup walnuts
1 package instant vanilla pudding 
1 ½ cups cold water 
1 can sweetened condensed milk 
2 bananas, sliced 
¼ cup crushed vanilla wafers 
½ cup vanilla wafers 

Directions 
Combine sweetened condensed milk, instant vanilla pudding, and water in a large mixing bowl. Mix together until combined. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 20 minutes, until the mixture has thickened. 
Remove mixture from the fridge and fold in Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream. Once combined, set aside. 
In small glasses, add the crushed wafers to the bottom, followed by banana slices, wafers and walnuts. Add 2 dollops of the mixture overtop and repeat until the glass is full. 
Top with Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream and crushed wafers. Serve and enjoy!
