BLT sandwich 🤝 pasta salad for the most delish BLT pasta salad with a creamy balsamic honey vinaigrette! growing up- I was obsessed with BLT’s (I still am) & it felt only right to combine two of my favorite dishes! find the recipe below, enjoy xx 

BLT Pasta Salad 
Serves 6 

Ingredients 
1 box pasta (I used shells) 
4-6 strips of bacon, chopped 
1 handful spinach, chopped 
4-6 baby cucumbers, chopped 
2 heirloom tomatoes, chopped 
1 handful Basil, torn 
Salt & pepper 

Creamy Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette 
1/2 cup lite mayo 
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 
1 tbsp honey 
1/3 cup olive oil 
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
Salt & pepper
