Ingredients 
1 jar of olives of choice (I love Castelvetrano) 
1 garlic clove, grated 
1/2 lemon, zested 
1/2 cup olive oil 
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper 
1/2 tsp chili flakes 
2 tbsp parsley, chopped 
1/4 tsp fennel 
1/3 cup feta, crumbled
