Shrimp Caesar Salad Toasts 
Serves 6

Ingredients

4 PC Mango & Calamnsi Citrus Raw Shrimp Grilling Skewers
2 cups romaine, shredded 
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated 
½ lemon, juiced
Caesar Dressing 
2 egg yolks 
2 anchovies 
2 garlic cloves 
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
1 cup olive oil 
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated 
½ lemon, juiced 
Few dashes Worcestershire 
Salt & pepper 
Toasts
1 baguette, sliced 
2 tbsp olive oil 
Salt & pepper
