1/2 Broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper

Crispy Lima Beans
1 can lima beans or butter beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemo, juiced and zest
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper

Yogurt Shmear
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or labneh
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp aleppo pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt

Toppings: 2 tbsp crumbled feta, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper. 2 tbsp pine nuts

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Wash broccoli and cut into florets. Add to a large bowl. Add broccoli seasonings and mix together until evenly coated. Add to lined baking sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, add beans to a bowl and top with bean seasoning ingredients. Mix together until beans are evenly coated. Remove broccoli from oven and add beans to the other side of the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove broccoli and keep beans in for another 8-10 minutes, until they have puffed up and are crispy.
3. Heat a small saucepan over low-med heat. Add in butter and once melted add in olive oil. Add in Aleppo pepper, paprika and mix until combined. Add in sesame seeds and remove from heat. Add to a small bowl.
4. Add Greek yogurt to a plate. Smooth out with back of a spoon. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix together.
5. Once broccoli and beans are cooked, add to a bowl and top with some more lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper and add pine nuts and crumbled feta. Toss.
6. Plate veggies on top of yogurt shmear and finish with black pepper and Aleppo butter. Serve and enjoy!
