Tonight’s the big game and you bet we’re making my loaded Philly cheesesteak wedges! 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🏈🏈🏈🏈 recipe below!! @philadelphiaeagles 

Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Wedges 
Serves 6 

Ingredients 
5-6 Russet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into wedges 
Potato seasonings
1 tbsp avocado oil 
1 tbsp garlic powder 
1 tbsp onion powder 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tbsp seasoning salt 
1 tbsp oregano 
Salt & pepper 
Toppings
1 red pepper, sliced 
1 green pepper, sliced 
2 garlic cloves, divided 
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded 
pepperoncini, sliced 
Parsley, chopped 
1 white onion, thinly sliced 
Salt & pepper 
1 ribeye, thinly sliced 
1-3 dashes of Worcestershire 

Directions 
1. Like a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 
2. Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. Add to a bowl of hot water for ten minutes. Pat dry and add to a bowl. 
3. Add seasonings for potatoes & oil and mix together until combined. Add to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Flipping potatoes half way. 
4. Add oil to a large skillet and add onions. Continuously move around and cook until caramelized. Add salt at the end of cooking. Once caramelized, set aside. 
5. In the same skillet, sauté pepper and garlic until soft. Season with salt & pepper. Once cooked set aside. 
6. Thinly slice, partially frozen rib eye. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Add to skillet with oil and cook over med-high heat for 4-5 minutes. Once cooked set aside. 
7. Remove potatoes from oven and add all of the toppings. Add potatoes back to the oven for 10-13 minutes until cheese is cooked. Remove from oven and top with parsley and black pepper. Serve with Heinz ketchup and enjoy!
