VIRAL EGG TORTILLA WRAP HACK 🫶 my motto for cooking this year is simple, easy & quick! who’s with me? This viral tortilla wrap hack does just the job! Since trying it - it’s now been my go-to for breakfast and lunch. What do you think about this cooking hack? Find the recipe below, enjoy xx Egg Tortilla Wrap Hack Serves 1 Ingredients 2 eggs 1 tortilla of choice (I used @sietefoods almond flour tortilla) 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cayenne 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp avocado oil (or cooking spray) 1 handful spinach 1/4 cup sautéed mushrooms, sliced 2-3 dashes hot sauce salt & pepper Directions 1. Heat a skillet or saucepan over medium-high eat. In a small bowl, combine eggs & seasonings. Whisk together until combined. Spray with avocado oil spray or cooking spray. 2. Add eggs to skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes until eggs are not so soft. Add tortilla wrap to the center or the eggs. 3. Cook until eggs are cooked and edges start to firm. Flip eggs (tortilla should be skillet down) and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, mushrooms and hot sauce to center or the eggs. Fold over one side of the tortilla and cook for another minute. Remove from skillet and plate.
