happy first night of Hanukkah! today, I had the honor of cooking with my good friend @adeenasussman in her beautiful home! Adeena has been a dear friend, mentor and inspiration to me for a long time now, and it was truly an honor to get to cook her recipes alongside her today 🫶 for Adeena’s famous latke crouton salad recipe, find it below! Also - Adeena’s latke recipe will be posted soon- stay tuned! xx 

4:3:1 Salad Dressing 
4 parts (4 tablespoons) olive oil 
3 parts (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
1 part (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard 
1 part (1 tablespoon)honey

Combine in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add salt and pepper to taste, seal, shake it up until creamy, and you are good to go!

Winter Salad With Mini Latke “Croutons”

4 cups assorted mixed salad greens
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Arrange the grens, feta, red onion, and pomegranate seeds in a salad bowl. Nestle some of the latkes in the bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and serve immediately. You can also make individual little open-faced latka sandwiches by layering the ingredients in the order and amount you like!
