KATE MIDDLETON SALAD✨

rumor has it that Kate Middleton’s favorite salad is this watermelon & feta salad! this salad is super easy to make, refreshing and is perfect for those end of summer bbqs (which is quickly approaching) 😩 try it out and let me know what you think! find the full recipe below- enjoy! xx

Kate Middleton Salad 
Serves 4 

Ingredients 
1/2 watermelon, cubed 
2 ripe avocados, diced 
1 block feta, cubed 
1 handful mint, chopped 
1 handful basil, chopped 
1 shallot, thinly sliced 
3 baby cucumbers, diced 
1 tbsp olive oil 
Salt & pepper 
Dressing 
1/3 cup olive oil 
1 slash red wine vinegar 
1 lime, juiced 
2 tbsp honey 
Salt & pepper 

Directions 
1. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix together. Add in salad ingredients and toss together until evenly coated. Finish with olive oil and black pepper. Mix together. Serve and enjoy!
