Cowboy Caviar 
Serves 6 
Ingredients 
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained 
1 can corn kernels, rinsed and drained 
1 red pepper, diced 
2 jalapeños, diced 
1 red onion, diced 
2 ripe avocados, cubed 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped 
1 lime, juiced 
Salt & pepper 
Dressing 
1/2 cup olive oil 
1/4 cup red wine vinegar 
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
1 garlic clove, grated 
1 lime, juiced 
1 tsp honey 
Salt & pepper 

Watermelon Vodka Frosé
Serves 1 
1/2 cup frozen or fresh watermelon 
1/2 cup ice 
1 bunch mint 
1 oz. Zirkova Together Vodka 
1/3 cup rosé
