JENNIFER ANISTON COBB SALAD✨

the @jenniferaniston salad remake that I made has 20M views on TikTok 😳 and most people said it was actually a COBB salad that Jennifer ate! I did some research and saw in an interview that @courteneycoxofficial said it was a twist on a Cobb salad with garbanzo beans (chickpeas) and Turkey bacon! So I decided to do some improvising and came up with this Cobb salad inspired by Jen’s! Let me know what you think- find the full recipe below, enjoy xx

Jennifer Aniston Cobb Salad 
Serves 4 

2 heads romaine, washed and chopped 
6 pieces bacon or Turkey bacon, chopped 
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 
1 tomato, chopped 
1 can chickpeas 
1/2 red onion, diced 
1 ripe avocado, diced 
Dressing 
1/2 cup olive oil 
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt 
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
1 garlic clove, grated 
1 lemon, juiced 
Salt & pepper 

Directions 
1. In a large jar, combine salad dressing ingredients and whisk together until combined. If dressing is too thick, add in 1 tsp of water until it is at a consistency you like. 
2. Cook bacon and once cooked, chop into small pieces. 
3. Add the dressing to a large jar, followed by romaine, chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, avocado, chopped bacon, chopped hard boiled eggs and red onion. 
4. Add everything to a large bowl and toss together. Serve and enjoy!
