WALKING TACOS / TACOS IN A BAG✨

spring is most definitely my favorite time of the year- maybe because it’s my birthday month OR because I just love making spring dishes & drinks! This Tex-Max inspired recipe; walking tacos will definitely be a hit this summer & pair it with my sangria that’s made with a homemade orange-infused vodka! (Of course, I used zirkovavodka) find the recipe below enjoy xx 

Walking Tacos & Orange-Infused Sangria
Serves 4

Walking Tacos 
4 bags dorito chips 
1 package lean ground beef 
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper 
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup sour cream 
2 jalapenos, seeded & sliced 
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 
4 limes, sliced 
1 cup guacamole (find recipe on IG Story)
Sangria 
8 oz. Zirkova Together Vodka 
1 bottle red wine
4 seedless oranges, sliced 
2 cups strawberries, sliced 
2 green apples, sliced 

Directions
1. Add 1 sliced orange to a mason jar. Fill mason jar with Zirkova Together Vodka. Let sit for 2-3 days in the fridge. To make the sangria, add sliced oranges, strawberries and apples to a pitcher. Muddle with a wooden spoon. Add red wine and orange-infused Zirkova Vodka. Stir together and enjoy. 
2. Heat skillet over med-high temp and add olive oil. Add ground beef to skillet and season with seasonings. Cook until ground beef is browned and add to a bowl. Open 1 dorito bag and crush chips. Roll down the edges of the bag and add ground beef on top of the crushed chips. Top with shredded cheese, guac, sour cream, cilantro, jalapenos and lime juice. Mix together. Serve and enjoy!
