VIRAL PIZZA ‘MATZAH’ TOAST 

remember the viral @haileybieber pizza toast? well I’m bringing it back for Passover and using matzah! this is the ultimate Passover dish and works perfectly with your favorite matzah. Find the recipe below enjoy xx #matzahchallenge 

Pizza Matzah Toast 
Serves 2 

2 pieces matzah 
1 burrata 
1 tsp truffle oil, divided 
handful basil, chopped 
1 cup marinara sauce 
1 tsp oregano 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
1 tsp chili flakes 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
1 tbsp olive oil 
salt & pepper 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Add matzah to baking sheet and brush with truffle oil. Cut burrata in half and add to the matzah. 
2. Halve cherry tomatoes and add to a bowl. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix together. Add tomatoes on top of the matzah and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. 
3. Meanwhile heat up marinara sauce and once heated, set aside. Remove matzah from oven and top with marinara sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, oregano, chili flakes and black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
