Spring has sprung, which means it’s officially Espresso Martini Season! I’m stepping up my Espresso Martini game this year by making it a sparkling cocktail, thanks to my sodastream Art! I love using my SodaStream Art, it lets me make my own fresh sparkling water, exactly how i like! I also feel good using my SodaStream- since it is sustainable and eliminates the need for bottles and cans. Now, I can make an Espresso Martini with sparkling beverages in the comfort of my own home. Sparkling Espresso Martini 
Serves 2

½ cup sparkling beverage made with SodaStream Art
4 shots espresso 
2 oz. baileys 
2 oz. vodka 
½ cup ice 
6 coffee beans 

Directions 
Add vodka, espresso, baileys and ice to a cocktail shaker. Mix it together. 
Make sparkling beverages using SodaStream Art. 
Add sparkling beverage to cocktail glass, followed by espresso drink. Mix together. Top with coffee beans and enjoy!
