1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 jar tomato sauce (2 cups)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
Parsley, finely chopped
Salt & pepper
Spinach Artichoke Dip

½ cup ricotta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup spinach, chopped
½ cup artichokes, chopped

Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for spinach artichoke dip. Mix together until combined and set aside.
Add ground turkey to a large bowl. Add seasonings, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix together until combined.
Take a handful of the meatball mixture and roll into a ball. Press down in the center with your thumb and fill it in with the spinach artichoke dip. Take another handful of the meatball mixture to cover the dip and shape into a meatball. Place on a plate. Repeat.
Heat large saucepan over med-high heat with olive oil. Add meatballs to the pan and sear on each side for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low-medium heat and pour tomato sauce into pan. Cover with lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat and top with parmesan cheese, parsley and black pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
